ClimatiX — Climate Tech & Carbon Credit Ecosystem

About the Project

ClimatiX is an end-to-end climate technology ecosystem designed to improve transparency, trust, and accessibility within the carbon credit market through the integration of modern digital technologies. It addresses the systemic issues in the voluntary carbon market—such as greenwashing, double counting, and opaque verification processes—by replacing manual, periodic audits with continuous, machine-certified environmental data.

The ecosystem consists of three integrated platforms: ClimatiX Devices (an IoT-based environmental monitoring system capturing temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and gas concentrations in conservation areas), ClimatiX LandHub (an intelligent monitoring dashboard providing real-time visualization, AI-powered carbon estimation, and project management insights), and ClimatiX GreenTrade (a blockchain-powered marketplace where verified carbon credits are tokenized using ERC-1155 smart contracts to ensure transparent ownership, digital trading, and secure transactions).

Built on a modern technology stack, ClimatiX combines low-power LoRaWAN networks, MQTT telemetry protocols, Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Pub/Sub and Vertex AI), Firebase Firestore, and public smart contracts. Together, these technologies establish a secure, scalable data-to-token pipeline that supports ESG compliance and accelerates the transition to a global Net-Zero carbon economy.
